The 24 Hours of Feltre is the only road cycling marathon in Italy held entirely on an urban circuit of 1,850 meters, completely closed to traffic. It is a relay race, where each team, composed of 12 cyclists, takes turns riding to cover the full span of the 24-hour challenge.

Currently, 60 teams are registered, alongside about 30 solo riders, known as "Only One", who take on the challenge alone, cycling non-stop for a full day. In recent years, this event has become both a sporting and cultural phenomenon, drawing well-known personalities from the worlds of sports, entertainment, music, and business.

In recent editions, the race has also taken on a charitable dimension: it has become a symbolic competition between two teams led by public figures. Actor Paolo Kessisoglu captains the team supporting the youth-focused initiative "C’è da fare", while entrepreneur Renzo Rosso, founder of Diesel, leads a team of celebrities raising funds for the OTB Foundation (Only The Brave), which supports families in need through initiatives such as solidarity markets.

Each lap completed has a monetary value, and the team with the highest lap count within 24 hours receives a financial contribution for their chosen cause.

The 90 participating teams come 33% from outside the Veneto region (including Viterbo, Varese, Milan, Arezzo, Sondrio, Bergamo, Trentino, and Friuli), 33% from Veneto (with Padua as the most represented province, followed by Treviso, Vicenza, Venice, and Rovigo), and 33% from the province of Belluno. Two teams are also registered from France, and some teams include athletes from Austria, Germany, Spain, the UK, and Northern Europe.
